Description

The Saint George and the Dragon Public House is an altered part of a late 16th century timber-framed house located on the south side of High Street in Northchurch. The framework is exposed at the east end and in the alleyway on the west. It is joined on the west by a mid-18th century brick house that is cement rendered. The building has two storeys and features a Welsh slated roof, a cut bracketed door hood, and four casements with glazing bars.
