Description

Lodge Hollow Cottage is an early 17th century timber-framed building that was originally two cottages but has since been converted into one dwelling. It features mid-19th century details and is constructed of painted brick with an old tiled roof. The cottage has one storey and attics, with two windows. The west ground floor has cast iron, small-pane casements with pointed arches, and there are gabled attic dormers. A French window in the same style is located on the east ground floor. Inside, there is a central fireplace hearth, a chamfered floor beam, and modern brick nogging.
