Description
The classroom block, built around 1900, is located immediately southwest of Theobalds Park College. It is a single-storey structure made of red brick and Portland stone, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building features a wooden Doric order peristyle with a full entablature, which is supported by a brick base and is positioned in front of three glazed sides. The south elevation has eleven bays, with two slightly projecting end bays and a central pediment that includes paired columns, glazed rounded sections, and fronds. The original 12-pane windows are present on the east and west sides. This building is included for its group value.
