Description

North End House, formerly known as the Old Workhouse, is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house that has undergone extensive alterations and modernisation. The building is two storeys high and features casement windows with lattice leaded lights. The roof is tiled and hipped at the north-west end. A modern wing extends from the south-east end of the house. It is also said to have originally housed lepers.
