Description

No. 3 Watling Street is an 18th-century house that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with double hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars. The ground floor has three-light windows. A central doorcase with a pediment head, fluted frieze, and shouldered architrave is accessed by steps. There are red brick chimney stacks at the end walls. Additionally, there is a link range to No. 5, which has a red plain tile roof at a lower level and includes a carriage arch.
