  1. Circa 1410, 3 storeyed town house, jettied at each floor. Timber framed and plastered, with frame exposed externally. Red plain tile roofs. Original cellars. Leaded casements, many in original openings. Curved jetty brackets. Crenellated and moulded top plates. Internally frame is exposed, with arch braced, cambered tie beams and crown post roofs. One original doorway with four centred head. (RCHM 10-12).
