Description

Grange Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century or earlier, with 18th century wings and later additions and alterations. It has a timber frame and is plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high with attics. The main section features two crosswings that project forward, both having catslide additions and a gabled turret on the right crosswing. There is a central porch with plain tiles, which contains a 20th century plank and muntin door. The house has various square leaded casement windows, some of which are original. Square red chimney stacks are located on both the left and right sides.
