Description
This is an early 19th century brick house, now painted, located in Woodend Green, Henham. It is known by several names: Pear Tree Cottage, Plum Tree Cottage, and The Cottage. The house has two storeys and originally had a four-window front, featuring a mix of double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars and casement windows with glazing bars. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped section to the north and a single central chimney stack. The south gable is clad in weatherboarding.
