Description

Laundry Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house with a brick plinth, located on the west side of Cambridge Road in Quendon and Rickling. A later wing extends from the front at the north end. The main block features plastered panels and stands two storeys high, with three window ranges that include leaded casements. The later wing has one window range with modern casements. The entrance is accessed by steps and has a flat hood supported by brackets. The roof is tiled and includes two end chimney stacks along with a central stack on the main block.
