Description
Mole Hall is a late 16th century timber-framed and plastered house, designed in an L-shaped plan and surrounded by a water-filled moat. The building has two storeys and attics, with modern additions at the rear and various alterations. The north-west front features a two-storey former porch with a jettied upper storey. The façade includes bar and transom windows with two and three lights, as well as a large twelve-light mullioned and transomed window. There is an original door located on the south-west side. The roof is tiled and includes two original chimney stacks: one with two square shafts set diagonally and the other with two hexagonal shafts. Inside, there is an original open fireplace.
