Description
Thremhall Priory is a house built in the 18th century, with significant additions made to the rear later on. It is constructed of red brick and features a main block that faces south, complete with a parapet and a raised brick band. The building has two storeys and attics, with a seven-window range consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars in flush cased frames. The central section, which has a three-window range, projects slightly forward and includes a central doorway. This doorway is topped with a semi-circular arched fanlight that has fan glazing and is set within a squared recess featuring a gauged brick flat arch, pilasters, and a stone pediment. The roofs are tiled and hipped behind the parapet. A portion of the moat surrounding the property still remains.
