The Dovecot/Granary, dating from the 17th to 18th century, is located immediately next to the northwest corner of Duton Hill Farmhouse. It is constructed from timber framing and plaster, topped with a pyramidical roof covered in peg tiles, featuring large gablets and a short ridge.
