Description

The Old Rectory is a Grade II listed building originally constructed as a timber-framed structure, likely in the 17th century, but later refaced in 19th century brick. The building features short gabled wings that project at both the north and south ends. It has two storeys and a window arrangement of one:three:one, consisting of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The outer windows and the central window on the ground floor are tripartite. The roof is tiled and includes a central cruciform chimney stack set on a square base, along with an end stack at the south end that has three square shafts arranged diagonally. The end gables are adorned with cut and shaped bargeboards.
