  1. Timber-framed and plastered building with C18 and C19 external features. Two storeys. Three window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Roof slate on the west front and tiled on the rear at the east, with a gabled dormer at the rear and a central square chimney stack and an external stack at the south end.
