Description

Highgates is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house designed in an L-shaped plan with cross wings at both the north and south ends. The building has two storeys, and the south cross wing features a jettied upper storey on the east front. It is fitted with casement windows and has a tiled roof that includes one internal chimney stack and one end chimney stack.
