Description

Great Clark's Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house designed in an L-shaped plan, featuring wings to the east and south. The building has been restored and renovated. The east end gable juts out on the upper storey, showcasing exposed joists and timber-framing. It has two storeys on the north side and one storey with attics on the south wing. The house features casement windows, and the east end includes some original high-level mullioned windows that are currently blocked. The roof is tiled and includes a central chimney stack on the east block, along with two gabled dormers located in the internal angle. Inside, the farmhouse displays exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists.
