Description
Howletts Farmhouse is an early 18th century timber-framed and plastered house located on the Little Sampford to Thaxted Road. It has been renovated. The house is two storeys high with attics, and has a two window range. The upper storey has modern casement windows, while the ground storey features older four-light leaded casements. A central entrance has a six-panel door topped by an open pediment. The roof is tiled and half-hipped, with a central square chimney stack.
