Description
Great Beldams is a house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with 19th century additions. It features a timber frame and plaster construction topped with a red plain tile roof. The later additions are built of brick and partly rendered. The house has two storeys, with a ground floor that includes three small paned casements and a first floor with four casements. There is a 20th century door beneath a slanting plain tile porch. At the rear, the house has a jetty and additional wings on both the left and right sides. A square red brick chimney stack is located centrally, with a 20th century outside stack to the left.
