Description
Tilty Grange is an early 16th-century house, originally timber-framed and plastered, with a red plain tile roof. It features a gabled crosswing at the west end. The front facade has two storeys and a two-window range of leaded casement windows. A 17th-century porch, with a plain tiled gabled roof and a circular plaque depicting a stag, is attached. 17th-century extensions are present at the rear, also with red plain tile roofs. Inside, much of the original timber frame remains visible, alongside 17th and 18th-century doors. Two original red brick chimneys are visible externally, each with attached diagonal shafts.
