This is a chest tomb dedicated to Samuel Groom Hart, who was the Commander and Master of the Packet 'Henry Felling', and his son. It is made of stone and is located 18 metres south-south-west of the south-west corner of the tower of the Church of All Saints in Dovercourt, Harwich.
