Description
Collierswood Farmhouse is a house from the 19th century, constructed of red brick with a hipped grey slate roof. It features red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides and has brackets under the eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, which are topped with gauged brick arches. The entrance is off centre to the left and consists of a six-panelled door with a moulded surround, a frieze, and a flat canopy. The farmhouse was shown as Wades Piece on a map by W. Downes from 1822 and as Colliers Wood on a map by Herbert Coates from 1830.
