Description
This terrace of three houses, located at 8, 10, and 12 Church Street, dates from the mid-19th century. They are constructed of yellow Gault brick laid in Flemish bond and feature a hipped slate roof with red tile hips and ridge. The front elevation displays three visible stacks with tall yellow clay pots. The buildings are two storeys high and have a three-window range. The first-floor sash windows of Nos 8 and 12 have 16 panes, while the window at No. 10 has central vertical glazing bars. The ground floors of Nos 8 and 12 feature similar single sash windows with small panes, while No. 10 has a two-light 19th-century casement window in an old opening. Each house has a semicircular-arched door opening fitted with a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
