Description
There are four table tombs located in the churchyard of St Germain, 30 feet east of the church. These tombs are made of stone and feature matching designs, with plain bases and Tuscan columns at each corner. Each slab has incised line and fan decoration, and they all have flat tops. Three of the tombs are dedicated to the Poole family, while one is for John Stacey, who is likely a relative. The dates of the tombs range from 1810 to 1857. This group of tombs is part of a previously listed row of Poole family tombs, contributing to their significance as an important historic group.
