Description
Sayers Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick, featuring window dressings made of mullions. It has a central band and rusticated quoins, topped by a hipped grey slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of small paned sliding sashes. A central porch with a flat canopy is supported by pillars that have moulded capitals and trellis infill. The entrance includes a panelled door with two lights and a rectangular fanlight above, which has glazing bars. The chimney stacks are made of red and gault dressed bricks. Additionally, there is an attractive front garden wall made of red and gault bricks with round coping.
