Description
The Mole Trap is a public house, likely dating back to the 17th century or earlier, with subsequent alterations. It is timber-framed and has a rough rendered exterior. The roof is covered in red plain tiles, with the level dropped to the left, and features two gabled dormers. The building is one storey high with attics. It has one window to the first floor on the left side, and three small-paned casement windows on the ground floor. A gabled porch, roughly rendered and covered in red tiles, is enclosed on the right side and contains a vertically boarded door. A boarded door with a light fitting is located to the left. Three red brick chimney stacks are present.
