Description
The Queens Head Public House is a public house dating from the mid-17th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure, with some areas weatherboarded on the sides and rear. The building has a half-hipped roof covered with red plain tiles and stands two storeys tall. It has a double range plan with wings extending to the rear. The front facade includes a three-window range of late 19th-century vertical sliding sashes, accompanied by sidelights. At the south end, there is a ground floor bay with a hipped tile roof. The property is adorned with 17th and 19th-century red brick chimney stacks, and the timber frame is exposed internally.
