Description
This tombstone is located in the churchyard of the Church of St Michael, approximately 100 feet from the southeast corner of the church. It commemorates Sir William and Lady Smyth, who were the owners of Hill Hall, and dates from 1877. The tomb features three receding slabs, with the base and top being plain, while the central slab has moulded edges. The top slab is adorned with a deeply incised coat of arms of the Smyth family.
