Description

The Kendall Almshouses consist of two blocks of almshouses built in 1791 and 1803 by John Kendall. Constructed in red brick, they are two storeys in height, with tiled roofs that are hipped at each end. Each block has a four-window range, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The front has a parapet that rises to a small central pediment, which carries an oval inscription panel.
