Description

10 and 11 High Street are early 18th century two-storey houses constructed from plastered brick on a timber frame, topped with a red plain tile roof. They have a gable end facing the street and feature a three-window range with modern casements. The north side is covered in black weatherboarding, and there is a red brick chimney stack. These houses suffered damage during the Essex Earthquake of 1884.
