Description

Quay House is an early 18th century two-storey house located on East Donyland High Street. The building is timber framed and plastered, featuring a red brick front and a grey slate roof. It has a five-window range with double-hung vertical sliding sashes. The windows are topped with segmental arches, with the central arch on the first floor having a rubbed soffit that forms a double ogee. The house boasts a good Doric doorcase, complete with a flat hood and fluted pilasters, and has a stucco plinth.
