Description

Colne View is a house built around 1840-1850, constructed from grey gault and red brick, topped with a grey slate hipped roof. The building features three window openings, with double hung vertical sliding sashes that have glazed margins. There are two bay windows on the ground floor. A string course runs along the façade. The central entrance is highlighted by a decorative doorcase with panelled pilasters, a flat moulded hood, a fanlight, and a six-panelled door. The house also has grey gault brick chimney stacks.
