Description

Villa Cottage is an early 19th-century, two-storey cottage constructed of red brick, with part of it painted, and features a grey slate roof. It was originally used as a chandlers shop, boat store, and dwelling. The cottage largely retains its original form. The south-west end has a range of two windows, which are double-hung vertical sliding sashes with a central glazing bar. The north-east end has shuttered openings and first-floor access via a ladder. There are red brick chimney stacks present.
