Description

The Old Rectory is an 18th-century house that has been extensively altered and extended in the early 19th century. It features a double range plan with wings that extend to the north and east and stands two storeys tall. The building is constructed of painted brick and has roofs made of grey slate and red plain tiles. The south front has two gables and a four-window range of early 19th-century double-hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. A flat canopied Doric porch adds to its architectural character.
