Description

A row of terraced houses at 3-13 East Bay, dating to the early to mid-19th century. The row comprises two blocks: numbers 3-6 and numbers 7-13. The building at number 6 has been rebuilt. The houses are constructed of red brick and are two storeys high, with one window each. They feature sash windows with glazing bars, except for numbers 6, 11, 12, and 13, which have glazed doors instead of plain doors. The roofs are covered with slate. Numbers 3 to 13 form a group.
