Description

This is a row of nine ornamental Gothic villas, numbers 77 to 89 Military Road, including 995 Winnock’s Terrace, dating from the mid-19th century. The villas are constructed of red brick with slate roofs, and feature steep gables with curved bargeboards. They have mullioned windows, with canted bay windows at ground floor level, and painted dressings. The chimney stacks are set diagonally. Numbers 77/79 and 85/87 are paired, while the others are double fronted.
