Theobalds Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered building, topped with a red plain tile roof. It has one storey and attics, featuring a three-window range with 19th century casements. The farmhouse includes a central chimney stack and two gabled dormers. At the rear, there are 19th century and modern extensions that are black weatherboarded.
