Copford Green Post Office is an early 19th-century house that is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a grey slate hipped roof. The building stands two storeys high and features a two-window range of double-hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. There is a modern lean-to extension at the north end.
