Description

Ivy Terrace is a range of early 19th century timber-framed and plastered houses. The building has two storeys and a four-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has four later 19th century canted bays, each covered by a continuous tile-roofed canopy extending across the front. The roof is double-pitched, with the front portion tiled and the rear portion slate. The building is included on the list for group value, forming part of a group with numbers 100 to 116 (even) on The Street, along with numbers 2 to 6 (even), Campen’s Cottages, and the Alcove, Brook Hill.
