Description
The outbuilding located to the south-east of Great Graces is a 17th century red brick structure that has been converted into a dwelling house at some point. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range with 20th century casements that include leaded lights. The east and west ends of the building are accentuated by raised brick bands and end pilasters. The roof is tiled and has two stopped gables with brick copings, along with a central cruciform chimney stack. This outbuilding is part of a group that includes Great Graces, the barn and outbuilding to the north-east, and the wall and pavilion to the east.
