Description

Bay Tree House is a late 18th or early 19th century red brick house located on Church Road in West Hanningfield. It is a two-story building with a symmetrical four-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set within painted reveals. The front door is topped by a rectangular fanlight with lattice glazing bars, an architrave and a shallow hood. The roof is slate. The building was formerly known as Claver House.
