Description

The Rectory is a house built around 1818, featuring two storeys and semi-octagonal bow windows that rise to full height on either side of the central front door. This door is framed by an elaborate stone and stucco surround, topped with a rectangular Regency-style fanlight. The exterior walls are made of grey and pink gault brick, and the hipped roof is clad in slate, with two chimney stacks located on the rear slopes. Inside, the property boasts well-preserved contemporary doorcases, marble fire surrounds, and a mahogany handrail on the staircase.
