Description
The west part of No. 16 is a house that has been converted into flats. It dates from the 18th century and has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is plastered and has a roof made of handmade red plain tiles. It has an approximately square plan facing south, with a vehicle way on the left side and two rooms deep on the right side. The structure is two storeys high with attics. On the ground floor, there is one mid-19th century sash window with marginal lights. The first floor features three similar sash windows, and there is an additional sash window in a gabled dormer. The building has a gambrel roof and a door located at the rear. The front and rear walls are supported over the vehicle way by chamfered oak beams with mortices for former joists, which are from the 17th century and have been reused.
