Description

Bromwell Leaze is a house that dates back to the 17th century, with extensions added in the 18th and 20th centuries. It is timber framed and plastered, with a roof made of handmade red clay tiles. The house has three bays facing southeast, featuring a central stack that creates a lobby entrance. At the rear, there is an 18th-century parallel range and a 20th-century single-storey lean-to extension. The building has two storeys and a three-window range of early 19th-century sashes with 16 lights, some of which have crown glass. The front features a 20th-century door set within a flat-roofed porch. The grouped diagonal shafts have been rebuilt.
