Description
Nos 27 to 31 on Head Street is a large three-storey building that dates back to the 17th century and features timber framing. The building has a 19th-century shopfront and a cartway at the north end, with a three-window range and double-hung sashes. Number 31 is a notable two-storey house from the 18th century, distinguished by its two-storey bay windows. The structure is timber-framed and plastered, with a brick facade and three gables at the rear. Inside, there is good 18th-century detailing.
