Description

Brick Barn Hall is a 16th and 17th century timber-framed house that stands two storeys high and features a jettied crosswing and a red plain tile roof. The frame is exposed, and while most of the windows are modern, there is evidence of the original crown post roof. The hall roof dates from the early 17th century and includes side purlins. A 19th century bay window is present on the ground floor, along with a lean-to addition at the north end. Additionally, there is an early 18th century rear extension that features a gabled dormer. The building has a central chimney stack with grouped diagonal shafts.
