Description

Balls Farmhouse is a late 18th century, two-storey house constructed of red brick, topped with a half-hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. The building features double-hung vertical sliding sash windows arranged in a three-window range, and there is a modern central porch. The central window on the first floor has a semi-circular head, and there are two red brick chimney stacks.
