Description

This is a brick wall that forms a walled garden to the west of Saling Hall and adjoins the churchyard to the north. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and is constructed of red brick in English Bond with a brick capping. The wall is approximately 1.5 to 2 metres high and about 50 metres square, with Saling Hall making up the eastern wall. The southern wall borders the churchyard and has group value with the church. To the west, there are later lower spur walls that enclose a vegetable garden to the north and south.
