Description

Moat Farm Dovecote, located approximately 25 metres east of the house, dates from the early 17th century. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring decorative pargetting. The roof is hipped and covered with red plain tiles, and it includes a gabled dormer along with four gabled openings at the apex, which are now plastered over. The structure has three storeys. On the first floor, there are two openings; one has been fitted with a two-light window, while the other is a vertically boarded door. Access to the first floor is provided by an external ladder, situated below which are two doors and a small window.
