Description

Hall Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered construction. The main block is two storeys high with a gabled peg tile roof, while there is a one-storey lean-to block with attics made of flint, which has red brick quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. This lean-to section includes three gabled dormers with bargeboards and segmental brick arched casements that have small panes. A large chimney stack rises through the roof slope. At the rear, the two-storey range has large gable end stacks and triangular-headed windows in the rear elevation.
