Description
The coach house and stable block, located approximately 10 metres north of Secretaries Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is primarily constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with some weatherboarding and slate roofs. The coach house features a gable on the west side, while the stables are positioned to the north and south, with their roofs aligned at right angles to the coach house. The central section is two storeys high, with a loft above the coach house, while the remainder is single storey. The coach house has double doors and three fixed windows on the first floor, which are not original, as well as a round window in the gable. The left wing contains a 12-light casement window, and the right wing has a 20-light cast iron casement window, both from the 19th century. The roofs are low pitched.
